Fashionomix – Privacy Policy

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Cookies and tracking
Essential session cookies load automatically.
Analytics and marketing cookies (Google, Hotjar, AWIN) load only if you opt in via our Cookiebot banner. You can change your choice anytime under <a href="#" class="underline hover:text-primary">Cookie Settings</a>.
4. Where is your information stored?
Data is hosted exclusively in the European Union (Oracle Cloud EU Central). Transactional emails are sent through SendGrid. We have data processing agreements in place with all vendors. No data leaves the European Economic Area unless strictly necessary, and then only under EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security disclaimer — no absolute guarantees
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures (Art. 32 GDPR), including TLS encryption, hashed passwords, and restricted access. However, no online service is 100 percent secure. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Fashionomix is not liable for unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss of data that occurs beyond our reasonable control.
5. How long do we keep your information?
- Inactive accounts are erased 12 months after the last login (or sooner if you ask us to delete them).
- Server logs are kept for 30 days.
- Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, export, or withdraw consent over your personal data at any time. Email admin@fashionomix.com and we will endeavor to respond within the one‑month period set by GDPR.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with your local authority or with:

7. Changes to this notice
We may revise this Privacy Policy as laws or our Service evolve. The latest version is always displayed here; significant changes will be announced by email.
